We are an internet based company; meaning, we operate from a private shop and parts warehouse.

By conducting business without a storefront and liability accident insurance, we can offer our customers very competative pricing on new parts, used parts, engine rebuilding, maintenance, tuning and service of your 820 engine.

Our Sales Department hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

 

Payment
To speed delivery - send certified check, US postal or Bank Money Orders. 

Orders made with a personal check will be held for a period of seven to ten working days.
TEXAS820 accepts Paypal payments online as well. (Paypal fees apply)

 

Sales Tax
Texas Sales Tax will be added to all Texas residents sales - this includes online orders.

 

Damaged Merchandise
Damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.
Damage incurred at the time of installation is the responsibility of the installer.

 

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Authorization for return must be requested within 3 days of receiving merchandise.  No return accepted after 30 days. 

All returns not related to guarantees are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. 

Your invoice must accompany all returns.

 

Limited Warranty
TEXAS820 will not be responsible for damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation or any charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective part. 

The warranty to replace is the only warranty expressly implied or statutory on which the buyer purchases the companies products.

 

Guarantee
TEXAS820 guarantees all products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship. 

Liability to TEXAS820 will be limited to the replacement of the defective product.

All Used Parts are sold as-is with no warranty implied.
